Roll Marking
In this method the marking is done by trundling the marking part with pressuring on the mandrel.
The segments of marking should be cylindrical and should be from different kinds of metals such
as; aluminum, wrought iron, cast iron, brass, bronze and plastic.
The Depth marking is settable according to the marking part hardness in range of 0.1mm up to
1.0mm.
The Thrust due to the length and width of the characters can be chosen in form of hand shoulder
wheel, jack pneumatic, or hydraulic jack.
Features:
 Marking logo and/or technical number (non-serial number) on the cylindrical segments
from kinds of metals such as aluminum, wrought iron, cast iron, brass, bronze and impact
plastic.
 Very High speed.
 Very low cost.
Applications:
 Marking of plan or logo or a constant number on the segments with high level of building.
