Marking CNC

 Dot Peen Marking
In this method, the marking is performed by striking a carbide tungsten instrument against the
surface of a part to be marked and produce a consecutive dotes on it.
This instrument is so capable to do marking on non-hardmetal surfaces such as; wood, talc,
compact plastic, etc; also it can marking on all metals up to 60 rockwell hardness.
All digits, characters with different fonts (persian, latin, …), logos, 2D barcodes, etc are markable
from 0.05mm to 1.0mm depth by pointwise vibration of the instrument .
The scribing mechanism of marking instrument is adoptable in both Pneumatic and Magnetic
methods. The amount frequency of pneumatic instrument is 200 HZ and for magnetic instrument
is 50 HZ. Because of high frequency of pneumatic instrument the performed dotes are very closed
to each other and were seen just like a line. Of course pneumatic instrument is required to provision
a 2 bar air pressure for high elegancy marking and up to 8 bar for marking with high depth.

Mccnc marking ( triaxial milling )
In this Method, in addition to X and Y axes the Z axis is also controlled by the software. Therefore
capability of high depth marking and. The marking instrument in this system can be Drill(for
drilling) milling blade which bundled to the Spindle and strart swarfing with settable high speed.

 Create 2D plat with settable depth
 Capability of swarfing and marking on all metals and non-metals.

Scribing CNC Marking
In this Method the marking is performed by marking grooves on the marking area that is done
through pulling the instrument on the surface.
The most important benefit of this mechanism is that, it is soundless. In this Method the depth of
marking is lower than Dot Peen Method and used marking surfaces has fewer hardness.

 Capability of setting depth marking up to 0.5mm.
